安徽省中小企业融资能力评价研究

Research on evaluation of financing ability of small and medium enterprises

从银企关系、纳税能力、营业能力、偿债能力、盈利能力、发展能力六个方面,选取6个一级指标,12个二级指标,基于安徽省20家中小企业的截面数据,通过构建主成分综合评价模型,对安徽省20家中小企业的融资能力进行综合评价,并运用系统聚类对其综合得分进行聚类分析,进而总结出每一类融资能力的中小企业的同质性。结果表明:第一,一个企业的发展能力是影响其融资能力的关键因素,银企关系、纳税能力等因素次之;第二,安徽省不同地区的中小企业的融资能力具有显著性差别。

This paper selects six first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators from six aspects of bank-enterprise relationship,taxation ability,business ability,solvency,profitability and development capability.Based on cross-section data of 20 SMEs in Anhui Province by constructing a principal component comprehensive evaluation model,comprehensively evaluate the financing ability of 20 small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province,and use clustering to cluster their comprehensive scores,and then summarize the SMEs of each type of financing ability.Qualitative,and finally,make reasonable suggestions for SMEs in Anhui Province.The results show that:First,the development ability of an enterprise is the key factor affecting its financing ability,followed by factors such as bank-enterprise relationship and taxation ability.Second,the financing ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in different regions of Anhui Province has significant differences.
