血液辐照机用于对血液或血液制品进行辐照。控制系统通过RS232通讯编写VB控制程序,采用计算机、PLC和交流伺服系统进行闭环控制,提高运动和辐照精度。介绍了控制系统硬件电路、伺服控制系统和PLC控制程序及计算机控制程序的设计与开发,具有较强的实用性。

Blood irradiator is used to irradiate blood or blood products.The VB control program is compiled by RS232 communication,and the closed-loop control is carried out by computer,PLC and AC servo system to improve the motion and irradiation accuracy.This paper introduces the design and development of hardware circuit,servo control system,PLC control program and computer control program of the control system,which has strong practicability.
