摘要
我国自施行《中华人民共和国枪支管理法》开始,对枪支严格管理并取得了较大成效,但由于法律法规的滞后性,使对于新型枪支或者枪支类似物的管理效果不尽如人意。文章通过试验定量研究同一只枪型弹弓(弹弓枪)发射的同直径不同材质弹丸通过不同数量的皮筋击发时在不同距离上的比动能的差异以及其中的规律,以分析其社会危害性。
Since the implementation of the Law of the people's Republic of China on Firearms Control,China has achieved great results in the strict management of firearms,but due to the lag of laws and regulations,the management effect of new firearms or gun analogues is not satisfactory.In this paper,the difference of specific kinetic energy at different distances and the law of specific kinetic energy of the same gun slingshot(slingshot gun)fired by the same gun type slingshot(slingshot gun)at different distances are studied quantitatively by experiments,in order to analyze the social harmfulness of the projectile fired by the same gun type slingshot(slingshot gun)with different diameters and different materials through different numbers of leather tendons.
