摘要
文章讨论通过改善细节设计和加工工艺来提高平面度的方法,把定位柱更换为开口柱,更换定位销弹簧、磨损的压头,更改刀具尺寸,加强点检与保养,从而提高中间盖的平面度精度,解决由于平面度达不到要求而导致中间盖与主机厂机件装配间隙过大的问题。把因为平面度达不到要求而引起的报废率由原来的62%变为零,降低了报废率,提高了生产质量,从而削减掉中间盖平面度检查工序,极大程度地提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,提高了利润。
This paper discusses the method of improving flatness by improving detail design and processing technology,replacing positioning column with open column,replacing positioning pin spring and worn pressure head,changing tool size,and strengthening spot inspection and maintenance,so as to improve the flatness accuracy of the middle cover,and solve the problem that the assembly gap between the middle cover and the main engine factory which is too large because the flatness cannot meet the requirements.The scrap rate caused by the flatness does not meet the requirements is reduced from 62%to zero,the scrap rate is reduced,the production quality is improved,the flatness inspection process of the middle cover is reduced,and the production efficiency is greatly improved.The production cost is reduced and the profit is increased.
