摘要
本试验研究探索蕹菜叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关性,使用叶绿素计和分光光度法分别测定两种蕹菜(湖南白花和广东大骨青)叶片的SPAD值和叶绿素含量,根据测定数据,运用函数相关知识建立SPAD值与叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量和叶绿素总含量的相关性。结果表明:两种蕹菜叶片的SPAD值与叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素总含量的相关系数均达到极显著水平,各函数模型下,两品种的相关系数差异变化规律一致,说明SPAD值可以客观反映蕹菜叶片的叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素总含量,也可反映出品种间叶绿素的差异。
In this study,the correlation between SPAD value and chlorophyll content of Amaranthus leaf was investigated.The SPAD value and chlorophyll content of two Amaranthus communis(Hunan Baihua and Guangdong Daguqing)leaves were determined using chlorophyll meter and spectrophotometry.The correlation between SPAD values and chlorophyll A content,chlorophyll B content,and total chlorophyll content was established.The resultsshowed that the correlation coefficients of SPAD values and chlorophyll A content,chlorophyll B content,and totalchlorophyll content of the two species of amaranth leaf reached extremely significant levels.Under each functionmodel,the difference of the correlation coefficient between the two varieties was consistent,indicating the SPAD value can objectively reflect the chlorophyll A content,chlorophyll B content,total chlorophyll content of amaranthleaves,and also reflect the difference of chlorophyll content between varieties.
