摘要
为使控制面板最大程度地适应人的生理和心理特征,即具有良好的宜人性,以三轴精密数控铣床μ1000/630V为例,研究控制面板面向人因设计(DFH)方法。提出DFH基本理论,并给出DFH的总体设计流程;基于DFH理论,建立数控机床DFH的指标评价体系以及优化模型。根据实例产品的初步设计进行了DFH评价和优化。优化前后的控制面板分析比较显示,优化后的控制面板的人因满意度有很大提升。
In order to make the control panel to satisfy human' s physiological and psychological characteristics, which had the most pleasant interface, the control panel of μ1OOO/63OV CNC machine tool was taken as an example to research design for human-fac tor (DFH) method. The basic theory of DFH was proposed, and the design flow of DFH was given. Then the index evaluation system and the optimization model were established based on the DFH theory. Finally, the preliminary design of the control panel was given, and the evaluation and optimization were conducted according to the DFH theory. The comparison and analysis of the control panel before and after optimization shows that the human satisfaction of the optimized control panel is greatly improved.
