"十三五"时期是我国公共数字文化服务全面发展的时期,公共数字文化工程项目的实施离不开财政资金的支撑。G单位作为公益文化事业单位,牵头公共数字文化服务T工程项目,其经费预算执行问题一直是部委关注和考核的重点。影响T工程经费执行所涉及的因素众多,执行情况直接关系到公共数字文化服务体系能否按照规划完善,保障人民的基本文化需求。文章结合T工程近5年的经费执行情况,分析影响其预算执行的因素问题,提出加快T工程经费预算执行力度的几点思考。
