The scientific research level in private colleges is one of the important manifestations of their overall strength,and the smooth development of scientific research activities can not be separated from the management of scientific research.The level of scientific research management affects the level of scientific research and the comprehensive development direction of private colleges.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the scientific research management of private colleges,and points out that if private colleges want to improve the level of scientific research management and promote the sustainable and healthy development of scientific research management,it should keep abreast with the time,improve the scientific research management system,improve the comprehensive quality of scientific research managers,pay attention to the construction of high-level scientific research team,and strengthen the information construction of scientific research management,through which to innovate constantly,and to strengthen the scientific research strength of private colleges.
