虎潜丸通过诱导VEGF分泌促进大鼠肩袖腱-骨愈合 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨虎潜丸对于大鼠肩袖模型中冈上肌止点腱-骨愈合的促进作用的机制。方法:50只SD大鼠一侧肩关节肩袖损伤造模,造模后一个月重建肩袖,重建后分为两组:对照组和虎潜丸灌胃组。4周取肩关节行冈上肌破坏拉力载荷测试; 2周和4周后取肩关节石蜡切片,行番红固绿和Col1、Col3和VEGF免疫组化。结果:虎潜丸组冈上肌拉力破坏载荷明显高于对照组,番红固绿染色发现虎潜丸组大鼠腱骨移行区面积和蛋白聚糖沉积增加,免疫组化发现虎潜丸组Col1、Col3和VEGF表达明显增加。结论:虎潜丸通过诱导冈上肌腱骨移行区VEGF分泌进而促进大鼠冈上肌止点部腱-骨愈合,促进肩袖损伤的修复。 Objective: To investigate the mechanism of increasing tendon-bone healing to rat rotator cuff model by using the Huqian Pill. Methods: Fifty male SD-rats were used to construct unilateral rotator cuff tear model,and were reconstructed the rotator cuff after 1 month. Then rats were randomly divided into controlled team and Huqian Pill team. For 4 weeks,supraspinatus failure load was tested. For 2 and 4 weeks paraffin sections of shoulder joints were taken to perform with Safranin O-Fast Green Staining and immunohistochemical to Col 1,Col 3 and VEGF. Results: The supraspinatus failure load of the Huqian Pill team was higher than the controlled team. The transitional area and proteoglycan deposition appeared larger in Huqian Pill team compared to the controlled team. Immunohistochemical revealed higher expression of Col 1,Col 3 and VEGF in the Huqian Pill team.Conclusion: Huqian Pill can promote the tendon-bone healing of supraspinatus end-point through expressing VEGF of transitional area and accelerate the repair of the rotator cuff tear.
