中药复方协同化疗治疗进展期胃癌的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Cooperated with Chemotherapy Used in Treating Advanced Gastric Cancer

胃癌作为常见的消化道肿瘤,其发病率及死亡率均居于恶性肿瘤前列。相对于西方医学而言,传统中医药特别是中药复方在胃癌的治疗过程中具有其独特的优势。综合近些年国内外相关文献资料,从中医理论着手对胃癌的病因病机、辨证分型以及中药复方协同化疗治疗进展期胃癌等方面展开论述,以期为进展期胃癌的诊疗与科学研究提供参考。

As a common gastrointestinal cancer,the morbidity and mortality of gastric cancer are living in the forefront of malignancy.Compared with western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,especially traditional Chinese medicine compound,has its unique advantages in the treatment of gastric cancer.In the light of relevant literatures at domestic and abroad in recent years,from the perspective of TCM theory,we have started to discuss the etiology,pathogenesis of gastric cancer,syndrome differentiation,and traditional Chinese medicine compound coordinated with chemotherapy for treating advanced gastric cancer.In order to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of advanced gastric cancer and scientific research.
