The Impact of Digital Transformation on Management Reform of Manufacturing Enterprises: A Case Study Based on Kutesmart and Haier

以大数据应用、网络化和智能化为特征的数字化转型,对社会与经济发展带来了颠覆性的变化与前所未有的机遇和挑战,企业如何在这场智能革命中实现跨跃式发展,已成为理论与实务界关注的重点话题。本文以酷特智能和青岛海尔两家制造业企业为研究对象,分析数字化转型对企业生产经营方式变革的作用机制和影响。研究发现,数字化转型重构了企业的组织方式、生产方式、商业模式和组织边界,并对企业的生产、分配、交换和消费等环节的活动产生了重大影响。

The digital transformation characterized by big data applications, network and intelligence has brought about disruptive changes to social and economic development, as well as unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How manufacturing enterprises can achieve leapfrog development in this intelligent revolution has become one of the most important topics for theoretical and practical circles. We take Kutesmart and Haier as research samples, and analyze the mechanism and influence of digital transformation on the transformation of production and management methods. We find that digital transformation has created great changes in the organization form, production methods, business models and organizational boundaries of manufacturing companies. It also has a significant impact on the activities of the production, distribution, exchange and consumption of the enterprise.
