玉米秸秆不同处理方式对肉牛育肥效果的影响

Effects of Different Treatments of Corn Stalk on Fattening Performance of Beef Cattle

[目的]为发展生态、清洁养殖,推广玉米秸秆青贮技术,充分利用玉米秸秆资源。[方法]对玉米秸秆采用全株玉米青贮、青贮玉米秸秆、黄贮玉米秸秆3种不同处理模式,试验选择120头18月龄西门塔尔肉牛,随机分为试验Ⅰ组(全株玉米青贮)、试验Ⅱ组(青贮玉米秸秆)、试验Ⅲ组(黄贮玉米秸秆)、对照组(玉米秸秆),进行饲喂肉牛后的效果对比试验。[结果]结果表明:育肥90 d后,体重、平均日增重、体高、体斜长和胸围各试验组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组管围均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组获得的利润分别比对照组高112%和78%。[结论]本试验条件下,以全株玉米青贮效果最佳,青贮玉米秸秆次之,均显著提高了肉牛的生产性能,提高了经济效益。

In order to develop ecological and clean cultivation, the technology of corn straw silage should be promoted and the corn stalk resources need be fully utilized. The corn stalks were treated with three different treatment modes: whole corn silage, silage and yellow storage. A total of 120 18-month-old Simmental beef cattle were selected and randomly divided into test group I (whole corn silage), test group II (silage), and experiment group III (yellow storage) and control group (corn stalk), which were compared to the effect of feeding beef cattle. These results showed that after 90 days of fattening, the body weight, average daily gain, body height, body slanting length and chest circumference were significantly higher in the experimental groups than in the control group (P<0.05). The cannon circumference of the test group I and II were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The profits obtained in the test group I and the test group II were 112% and 78% higher than those in the control group respectively (P<0. 05). According to this experiment results, the effect of using whole corn silage is the best, and the silage corn stalk is second, which both significantly improved the production performance and economic benefits of beef cattle.
