摘要
[目的]分析定时输精技术在肉牛繁育中的应用效果。[方法]母牛群采用定时输精,统计分析近3年的繁育数据。[结果]定时输精的第一情期受胎率为44.0%,冬季的受胎率高于夏季(P<0.01),青年牛的受胎率高于成年牛(P<0.01),母牛饲养成本头平节约110元。[结论]对未观察到发情的满20月龄的青年牛、产后60 d以上的成年牛,应及时实施定时输精;应避免在夏季开展定时输精。
This study was to analyze the application effect of timed artificial insemination technology in cattle breeding. The timed artificial insemination was used to cows, statistic and analysis breeding data in recent 3 years. The conception rate in the first estrous cycle of timed artificial insemination was 44. 0%, the conception rate in winter was higher than that in summer (P<0. 01), the conception rate of young cattle was higher than that of adult cattle (P<0. 01), and the cost of cow feeding was saved 110 yuan per head. Timed artificial insemination should be carried out in young cattle which reached 20 months old and without estrus performance, and adult cattle should be reached 60 days after delivery, this approach was not recommended in summer.
