关于商业银行厅堂服务的思考

摘要 金融行业作为现代化社会发展的核心,掌握着整个国家及市场经济体系的动脉,无论是从行业发展角度还是国家金融政治稳定需求而言,提高商业银行的服务水平以及结构优化,是确保国家经济发展的必要因素。银行深化改革、努力转型升级以来,规范化服务就成为各大银行管理工作的重点之一。经过近几年的巩固和发展,银行厅堂人员服务质量有了较大幅度的提高。但随着社会的脚步,改革步伐的不断加快,一些新的问题也逐渐暴露出来。 As the core of the development of modern society, state-owned commercial banks hold the arteries of the whole country and market economy system, whether from the angle of industry development or the stable demand of national financial politics, improving the service level and structural optimization of commercial banks is a necessary factor to ensure the economic development of the country. Since the bank deepened its reform and worked hard to transform and upgrade, standardized service has become one of the key points in the management of major banks. After the consolidation and development in recent years, the quality of service of Bank hall personnel has been greatly improved. But with the footsteps of society, the pace of reform continues to accelerate, some new problems have gradually been exposed.
