摘要
归纳了既有建筑可靠性评估时所要考虑的性能要求,总结了既有建筑可靠性评价方法。针对现有可靠性评价体系存在的问题,提出了改进的基于性能指标的可靠性评价体系。基于该可靠性评价体系,借鉴日本建筑物综合环境性能评价体系CASBEE里建筑节能效率"BEE"的概念,提出了运用既有建筑性能效率"PE"对既有建筑安全性能进行评价,以某工程案例为背景,讨论了该方法特点与优势。
In this paper,the performance requirements of reliability assessment of existing buildings and the reliability assessment methods are summarized.In view of the existing problems in the reliability evaluation system,an improved reliability evaluation system based on performance index is proposed.Referring to the concept of Built Environmental Efficiency(BEE),in the Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency(CASBEE),it is proposed to apply the building performance efficiency "PE" to the evaluation of safety performance based on the improved reliability evaluation system,taking a project case as the background,the characteristics and advantages of this method are discussed.
