中型砌块建筑抗震鉴定时基准面积率的确定

Determining the Characteristic Ratio of Seismic Wall of Fly Ash Medium Sized Block

中型砌块建筑体系是上海市多层住宅建筑的一个重要体系,对其进行抗震鉴定是十分必要。分析表明,中型砌块建筑均需进行第二级鉴定(抗震承载力验算),GB50023-2009中仅对黏土砖墙体的建筑提出了简化计算方法,未包括中型砌块。PKPM或YJK等相关计算软件也取消了这种墙体材料的计算参数,也无法利用这些计算软件对其抗震承载力进行验算。本文通过设定一定的前提条件,得出相应中型砌块的基准面积率,以简化对中型砌块建筑的第二级鉴定(抗震承载力验算),方便广大的工程技术人员的实际鉴定工作。

The masonry structure with fly ash medium sized block is an important system of multi-storied residential building in Shanghai,it is very necessary to make the seismic appraisal.Analysis results show that its seismic appraisal must be to identify the secondary(seismic bearing capacity calculation),but a simplified calculation method is proposed only for clay brick wall of buildings in GB50023-2009,not including fly ash medium sized block.The calculation software such as PKPM or YJK also cancelled the calculation parameters of fly ash medium sized block,so it‘s can’t use these computing software for calculating the seismic bearing capacity.By setting certain premise condition,the characteristic ratio of seismic wall is derived,in order to simplify the secondary appraisal of fly ash medium sized block(seismic bearing capacity calculation),and convenient for the general engineering and technical personnel of the actual appraisal work.
