支持性心理护理对乳腺癌手术患者心理状态及应对方式的影响

Effect of Supportive Psychological Nursing on Psychological State and Coping Style of Patients with Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探讨支持性心理护理对乳腺癌手术患者心理状态及应对方式的影响。方法于2015年12月～2017年12月选取安庆市第一人民医院妇胸科73例乳腺癌并实施手术的患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组36例和研究组37例,两组均接受常规护理,研究组联合支持性心理护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定两组患者心理状态,采用Jalowies应对方式量表评价两组患者应对方式。结果干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且研究组SAS、SDS评分分别为(24.06±3.68)分、(23.14±5.03)分,降低幅度大于对照组的(29.16±4.55)分、(28.14±5.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组乐观、逃避、面对、姑息、寻求支持等8个维度评分均优于干预前,且研究组评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支持性心理护理对改善乳腺癌患者心理状态具有显著效果,同时还可增加患者积极应对方式,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effects of supportive psychological nursing on the psychological status and coping style of patients with breast cancer surgery. Methods From December 2015 to December 2017,73 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in the Department of Women's Chest, Anqing First People's Hospital were enrolled. According to the random number table, 36 patients in the control group and 37 patients in the study group. All received routine care, and the study group supported supportive psychological care. The psychological status of the two groups was assessed by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS). The Jalowies Coping Style Scale was used to evaluate the coping styles of the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were (24.06±3.68) points and (23.14±5.03) points respectively, which was greater than that of the control group (29.16±4.55) points.(28.14±5.64) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of the eight dimensions of optimism, escape, confrontation, palliativeness and seeking support were better than those before the intervention, and the score of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Supportive psychological nursing has a significant effect on improving the mental state of breast cancer patients. It also increases the patient's positive coping style and has clinical application value.
