目的研究PDCA循环对病案质量管理产生的效果。方法将2016年5月～8月我院实施PDCA循环管理前的100份病历设为对照组,对病历书写当中存在的质量问题进行分析,并且找出针对性的措施。将2016年9月～12月实施PDCA循环管理后的100份病历设为实验组,比较两组住院病案质量评分、返修率及病案甲级率。结果实验组病案质量评分为(96.38±3.72)分,病案筛查返修率为2.00%均优于对照组的(92.55±3.88)分、11.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组病案甲级率为98.00%高于对照组的88.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.6805,P=0.0056)。结论 PDCA循环对于病案质量管理效果显著,能够提升病历书写的质量,降低筛查返修率。

Objective To study the effect of PDCA cycle on the quality management of medical records. Methods From May to August 2016, 100 medical records before the implementation of PDCA cycle management in our hospital were set as the control group, and the quality problems existing in the medical record writing were analyzed, and targeted measures were found. The 100 medical records after the implementation of PDCA cycle management from September to December 2016 were set as experimental groups, and the quality scores of the inpatient medical records, the repair rate and the grade A of the medical records were compared. Results The quality score of the medical record was (96.38±3.72), and the screening rate of the screening was 2.00%, which was better than that of the control group (92.55±3.88) and 11.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rate of grade A in the experimental group 98.00% was higher than that in the control group 88.00% which was statistically significant (χ^2=7.6805,P=0.0056).Conclusion The PDCA cycle has a significant effect on the quality management of medical records, which can improve the quality of medical records and reduce the rate of screening and repair.
