基于风痰瘀理论运用加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗癫痫疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Modified Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction on Epilepsy Based on the Theory of Wind Phlegm Stasis

目的观察加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法选择符合癫痫诊断标准的患者54例,在维持原有的抗癫痫药物治疗基础上,配以加味半夏白术天麻汤随证加减治疗,28天为1疗程,6个疗程后为疗效判断起始点,服药2年后总结临床疗效。疗效判定以治疗前后癫痫发作频率、发作程度、历时长短为主要指标。结果 54例癫痫患者中总有效率74. 07%,其中完全控制率为12. 96%,显效率为44. 44%。结论以"风痰瘀"立论确定的加味半夏白术天麻汤在配合治疗癫痫方面疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Banxiabaizhiuanma Decoction in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods We treat 54 patients meeting epilepsy’s diagnosis standard with original antiepileptic drug therapy and modified Banxiabaizhutuanma Decoction. We set every 28 d as 1 course and 6 courses as starting point of the clinical judgement. After 2 years of medicine the clinical effect was summed up. The curative effect was determined by the frequency of epileptic seizures,the degree and duration of seizures. Results The total effective rate of 54 cases of epilepsy was 74. 07%,of which the total control rate was 12. 96% and the effective rate was 44. 44%. Conclusion The modified Banxiabaizhutianma decoction,based on the theory of " wind phlegm stasis",is effective in the combining treatment of epilepsy.
