基于“中医时间、空间医学”理论的古方枇杷清肺饮的探讨 被引量:7

Exploring the ancient prescription “Loquat Clearing Lung Decoction” based on the “Time and Space Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine”

摘要 近年来,现代医学对时空医学的研究炙手可热,西医根据人体生理活动昼夜节律的特点、人体空间位置的变化,制定出相应的治疗方案,具有疗效好、毒副反应低等优势。而"中医时间、空间医学"根据人体五行随昼夜、月、年、年龄节律的变化,以及人体地理环境的改变而规律地发生转化,制定出"因时制宜、因地制宜"的治疗原则,更符合"天人合一"的整体治疗观。"枇杷清肺饮"是古代名家要方,多用于治疗粉刺病、酒糟鼻,皮科疾病具有特定的时间、空间属性,运用该方时更需灵活思辨。该文基于"中医时间、空间医学",思考"枇杷清肺饮"选择性地用于治疗皮肤病,探讨皮科疾病的发病及用药规律。 In recent years,modern medical research on spatio-temporal medicine has become hot. Western medical doctors have developed treatment plans based on the characteristics of human circadian rhythm and changes in the body’s spatial position,which have advantages such as good curative effect and low toxicity. The"Time and Space Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine"regularly changes according to changes in the body’s five elements,such as day and night,month,year and age rhythm,as well as changes in the body’s geographical environment,and formulates treatment principles of"according to the right time,according to local conditions",which is more suitable to the"integration of man and nature"concept of the overall treatment."Loquat Clearing Lung Decoction"is an ancient mastermind,mostly used to treat acne,rosacea,and dermatological diseases have specific temporal and spatial attributes. The use of this party requires more flexible thinking. This article is based on the"Time and Space Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine",ponder over"Loquat Clearing Lung Decoction"and explore the incidence and medication law of the skin disease.
