基于区块链的中医电子病历系统的应用研究

Study and Application of BlockChain in electronic medical record System of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的解决医院病历数据冗余,提高电子病历数据的共享性、安全性、可靠性,从而达到保护病人病历数据安全的目的。方法通过文献查阅、实地调研等方法收集并分析国内外电子病历的发展及现状,深入剖析中医电子病历数据的多样性、独特性与隐私性,笔者团队将区块链技术引入中医电子病历,旨在设计一种基于区块链技术的中医电子病历系统。结果提出了基于区块链技术的中医电子病历系统架构,并展示了系统应用的特点。结论区块链技术在医疗领域的运用,为健康数据应用研究带来了一种新的研究思路。

Objective To solve the redundancy of medical records in hospitals and improve the sharing,safety and reliability of electronic medical record data,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting patient medical record data security. Methods Through literature review,field research and other methods to collect and analyze the development and current status of electronic medical records at home and abroad,in-depth analysis of the diversity,uniqueness and privacy of Chinese medical electronic medical record data. The team introduced the blockchain technology into electronic medical records of Chinese medicine. The aim is to design a Chinese medicine electronic medical record system based on blockchain technology. Results The framework of the electronic medical record system based on blockchain technology was proposed and the characteristics of the system application were demonstrated. Conclusion The application of blockchain technology in the medical field has brought a new research idea for the application of health data.
