摘要 ISSR分子标记是为了克服SSR引物设计费时费力的问题,在此发展起来的一种分子标记。其操作简单、高效,试验成本低,且多态性高、重复性好、引物设计简单。本文对几种常用分子标记的优缺点进行简单比较,重点介绍了目前广泛应用于果蔬资源研究中的ISSR分子标记的原理和特点,对ISSR分子标记技术在果蔬资源的遗传多样性和遗传结构、种质资源鉴定以及遗传图谱等方面的研究进展及应用进行综述,旨为果蔬资源的进一步研究利用提供参考依据。 Inter -simple sequence repeat (ISSR) molecular marker is one of molecular markers which is developed to overcome the time - consuming and laborious problem of SSR primer design.lt has simple operation, high efficiency, low experimental cost, high polymorphism, good repeatability and simple primer design.The advantages and disadvantages of several common molecular markers were compared in the article, mainly introduced the principle and characteristics of ISSR molecular marker widely used in fruit and vegetable resources at present.The research progress and application of ISSR molecular marker in the genetic diversity, genetic structure, germplasm resources identification and genetic map of fruit and vegetable resources were reviewed.lt aims to provide a reference for further research and utilization of fruit and vegetable resources.
