摘要
从退化菌株中筛选出具有原有特性的新菌株,对于蛹虫草的稳定生产具有重要的实际意义。本文首先从退化菌株中分离筛选出高活性的纯分生孢子,然后按照不同亲本、两两对峙的方式进行杂交选育,最终选育出2株高价值菌株(A5×B2和A5×B5)。其中,A5×B2菌株所产子实体中虫草素含量0.83%,子实体高度4.3 cm,干品单产5.25 g/瓶,外观评级"好";A5×B5菌株所产子实体中虫草素含量0.62%,子实体高度5.6 cm,干品单产6.01 g/瓶,外观评级"最好"。
Selecting new Cordyceps militaris strains with high cordycepin content from the degenerated strains has important practical significances for the stable production of cordycepin.In this study, the pure conidia with high qualities was isolated from the degenerated strains firstly. Then the hybridization breeding were made by using the different pure cultures as parents, and two strains with high cordycepin content were selected, named as A5×B2 and A5×B5 .respectively.The sporophore of A5xB2 had a cordycepin content of 0.83%,a size of 4.3 cm height and a dry weight of 5.25 g per bottle, the appearance rating was “good”.The sporophore of A5xB5 had a cordycepin content of 0.62%,a size of 5.6 cm height and a dry weight of 6.01 g per bottle,the appearance rating was "the best".
