摘要
为了提高嗜气芽孢杆菌的有效活菌数和芽孢数,采用单因素筛选和正交试验法对菌株的发酵条件进行了优化。结果表明,优化后的最佳发酵条件为发酵时间30~36 h、接种量5%、温度37℃、转速200 r/min、起始p H值7.5、装液量25 mL/250 mL。优化后发酵菌液含菌量为5.8×10~9cfu/mL,与初始发酵工艺的发酵菌液含菌量(2.2×10~9cfu/mL)相比,提高了163.6%;优化后发酵菌液芽孢数为5.5×10~9cfu/mL,与初始发酵工艺的发酵菌液芽孢数(1.8×10~9cfu/mL)相比,提高了205.6%。
In order to increase the effective viable count and spore count of Bacillus aerop hila, single factor screening and orthogonal test were used to optimize the fermentation conditions.The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were as follows .fermentation of 30 to 36 h, inoculation of 5%.culture temperature of 37 T .rotation speed of 200 r/min,initial pH value of 7.5 and the fluid volume of 25mL/250 mL.The bacteria content of the optimized fermentation broth was 5.8×10^9 cfu/mL, increased by 163.6% compared with the initial fermentation process (2.2×10^9 cfu/mL).The spores content of the optimized fermentation broth was 5.5×10^9 cfu/mL, increased by 205.6% compared with the initial fermentation process( 1.8×10^9 cfu/mL).
