摘要
为了探讨果园防雹网搭建自动收铺网技术方法,解决防雹网固定式搭建对果树生态产生的不利影响和苹果采收后收网的困难,提升防雹网应用的灵活性,从而提高苹果产量及质量。本文采用单元化设计方法与机电一体化技术,对防雹网自动收铺网和远程控制过程进行了试验。结果表明,通过防雹网搭建自动收铺网技术探讨,结合远程控制技术,在充分发挥防雹网抵御冰雹灾害的同时,利用防雹网对果园地温、阻风、遮蔽等有效作用而消除了不利影响。该技术规范了搭建材料,为搭建用料规范化提供了依据,突破了固定式搭建的制约,提高了果业防灾减灾技术的自动化水平。
In order to discuss the technology of building automatic anti-hail net on orchard, solve the ecological adverse effects of fixed hail net and the difficulty of gathering net after apple harvesting, improve the anti -hail net application flexibility and the quality of apple.In this paper, the modular design method and technology of electromechanical integration were used to test automatic gathering and spreading process and anti-hail net remote control.The results showed that through the discussion of automatic gather and spread the net technology, combined with remote control technology, the hail-net could be fully used to resist hail disaster.At the same time, the net was used to eliminate the adverse effect of ground temperature, wind resistance and shelter.Building materials were standardized by using the technology,which provided the basis for building materials standardization, broke the restriction of fixed structures, improved the level of disaster prevention and mitigation technology of the fruit industry automation.
