摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定野木瓜发酵饮料中的游离氨基酸,在35 min内分离测定了野木瓜发酵饮料中游离氨基酸的含量,方法准确可靠。结果表明,21种氨基酸在0.012 5~2.000 0μg/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数(R2)>0.99;保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别在0.2%~0.7%和2.6%~7.1%范围内;野木瓜发酵液中含有16种氨基酸。
The article developed a RP-HPLC method for determination of free amino acids in Chaenomeles cathayensis fermented drinks.The content of free amino acids in Chaenomeles cathayensis fermented drinks was determined in 35 minutes.The method was accurate and reliable.The result showed that,21 kinds of free amino acid showed good linearity in the concentration range o£ 0.012 5-2.000 0 p,g/mL with the correlation coefficient (7?2)more than 0.99.The relative standard deviations of retention time and peak area were in the range of 0.2%~0.7% and 2.6%~7.1%, respectively. In addition, there were 16 kinds of free amino acids in Chaenomeles cathayensis fermented drinks.
