摘要
采用微波消解-ICP-MS法测定宽叶香茶菜Pb、Cd、Cr、Fe、Zn、Mn、Co、Ni、Se、B、Cu等11种微量元素的含量。结果表明,宽叶香茶菜富含Fe、Zn、Mn、B、Cu等5种人体必需微量元素,Cr、Co、Ni、Se等也有一定的含量,Pb和Cd 2种重金属元素含量符合《中国药典》的限量要求,该结果为开发利用宽叶香茶菜提供了参考。
ICP-MS with microwave digestion technique was used to measure the contents of trace elements in Rabdosia latifolia C.Y.Wu et H.W. Li .The results showed that R. latifolia is rich in 5 essential trace elements such as Fe,Zn,Mn,B,and Cu.The contents of Cr,Co,Ni and Se were relatively low, and the contents of Pb and Cd were in line with the limit requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia.This result provided references for the development and utilization of R.latifolia.
