培育新型职业农民的做法与启示——以广东农工商职业技术学院为例

Practice and Enlightenment of Cultivating New Professional Farmers:An Example of Guangdong AIB Polytechnic

从分析我国新型职业农民培育现状入手,指出培育新型职业农民是高职院校的一项基础性和长期性工作任务,总结了广东农工商职业技术学院培育新型职业农民的主要做法,即精准育人、双链融合、三类协同,并以此为基础,得出了高职院校培育新型职业农民的启示,旨在为我国加快构建一支有文化、懂技术、善经营、会管理的新型职业农民队伍提供思路。

Starting from the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers in China,this paper pointed out that cultivating new professional farmers was a basic and long -term task.The main practice of cultivating new professional farmers in Guangdong AIB Polytechnic was summarized,namely precise education,double chain integration and three types of synergy.Based on this,the enlightenment of cultivating new professional farmers in higher vocational colleges was obtained, in aim to provide ideas for speeding up the construction of a new professional farmer team with culture, technology and good management.
