某地区3088对不孕不育夫妇的染色体核型分析

Karyotype analysis of 3088 infertile couples in a district

目的探讨贵州地区不孕不育夫妇的染色体核型的异常率、异常类型。方法对3088对不孕不育夫妇的外周血进行淋巴细胞培养,染色体制备,G显带及核型分析。结果3088对(6176例)夫妇染色体核型分析中,共检出269例异常染色体核型,异常染色体的检出率为4.36%;其中多态性155例,倒位56例,平衡易位31例,罗伯逊易位17例,数目异常的9例,分别占异常染色体的57.62%、11.52%、20.82%、6.32%、3.35%。异常核型中男183例,女86例,分别占异常核型的68.03%和31.97%;常染色体核型异常163例,性染色体核型异常106例,分别占异常核型的60.60%和39.40%。结论贵州地区不孕不育夫妇中异常染色体核型以多态性为主,久治不孕不育的夫妇应首先排除染色体异常的可能。

Objective To explore the abnormal rate and abnormal type of chromosome karyotype in the infertile couples tn guizhou province.Methods Cultivate lymphocyte in peripheral blood of 3 088 tnfertile couples,preparation of chromosome,G-banding,analyze the karyotype.Results 269 abnormal chromosome karyotypes were detected l3 088 tnfertile couples(6176 cases),the abnormal percentage of chromosome is 4.36%.The cases of polymorphic,pericentricinversionp,translocation,Rot/stranslocaton,number of abnormal are155,56,31,17,9 respectively.The rate of them are 57.62%,11.52%,20.82%,6.32%and 3.35%respectively.There were 183 males and 86 females mthe abnormal karyotype,accounting for 68.03%and 31.97%respectively.There were 163 abnormal cases of autosomal karyotype and 106 abnormal cases of sex chromosome.The percentage of them are 60.60%and 39.40%of the abnormal karyotype.Conclusion The pies who have long treatment of infertility should firstly eliminate the possibility of chromosome abnormality.
