参芪肝康胶囊联合静脉药物对重症肝病肝功能疗效研究

Study on the curative effect of Shenqi Gan Kang Capsules combined with intravenous drugs on liver function treatment for severe liver diseases

目的 观察参芪肝康胶囊联合静脉滴注药物对重症肝脏疾病肝功能恢复的疗效.方法 重症肝脏疾病导致肝功能损坏的患者240例,随机分为A、B、C、D 共4组,各组60例.A 组为对照组;B组静脉滴注阿拓莫兰、甘草酸二铵;C组只口服参芪肝康胶囊;D组静脉滴注阿拓莫兰、甘草酸二铵、口服参芪肝康胶囊.连续进行4周治疗,检测治疗前、治疗1、2、3、4周后的肝功能(ALT、AST、SB、TP)比较.结果 第8天,D组和B组各项检测值较A 组和C组具有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第15天,D组各项检测值较其他3组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);第22天,D组各项检测值达到正常参考范围.结论 静脉滴注药物联合口服参芪肝康胶囊,对重症肝脏损坏患者肝脏功能恢复效果明显,肝功能恢复更快.

Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Gan Kang capsules combined with intravenous drugs on the recovery of liver function in patients with severe liver diseases.Methods 240 patients with severe liver diseases leading to liver function damagewere randomly divided intoA,B,C,D,all 4 groups,60 cases in each group.Group A was the control group;group B was intravenous drip of altuororan and diammonium glycyrrhi-zinate;group C only took Shenqi Gan Kang capsules;Group D was intravenously injected with altuororan,diammonium glycyrrhizinate,and Shenqi Gan Kang capsules.Liver function(ALT,AST,SB,TP)was measured before treatment,1,2,3,and 4 weeks after treatment.Results On the eighth day,there was significant difference between group D and group B(P<0.05);on the fifteenth day,there was significant difference between group D and other three groups(P<0.01);on the twenty-second day?the detection values of group D reached the normal reference range.Conclusion Intravenous drugs combined with oral Shenqi Gankang capsule has a significant effect on liver function recovery in patients with severe liver damage?and liver function recovery is faster.
