PDCA循环模式的健康教育对脊柱结核患者治疗依从性的影响

摘要 目的探究PDCA循环模式的健康教育对脊柱结核患者治疗依从性的影响.方法回顾2015年1月至2016年6月该科收治的脊柱结核患者40例设为对照组.对照组之前均给予常规护理.选取2016年7月至2017年12月该科收治的脊柱结核患者40例设为观察组,观察组给予PDCA循环模式的健康教育,统计两组脊柱结核治疗依从性.结果观察组治疗依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论PDGCA循环模式的健康教育应用于脊柱结核患者,可提高患者治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用.
