摘要
目的研究安康市城区家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂的抗药性变化趋势,探讨延缓抗药性发展的对策。方法采用点滴法测定家蝇半数致死量(LD50)。结果 2017年野外试虫对高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯、残杀威的LD50依次为0. 119、0. 081、0. 050、2. 652μg/只。与敏感品系比较抗性倍数分别为38. 76、20. 10、79. 37、12. 41。与2011年安康市城区家蝇抗药性监测结果比较,敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯抗药性增强,残杀威抗药性减缓。结论安康市城区病媒生物对常用杀虫剂的抗药性有增强趋势,应科学规范使用化学杀虫剂,延缓抗药性的发展。
Objective To observe the resistance of houseflies to commonly used insecticides in Ankang City.Methods Topical application was employed for the bioassay to determine LD50 s.Results The LD50 s of betacypermethrin,dichlorvos,deltamethrin and propoxur to wild fly population were 0.119,0.081,0.050 and 2.652μg per piece in 2017,showing that the flies developed 38.76,20.10,79.37 and 12.41 folds resistance to these insecticides.Compared with the test results of 2011,the resistance of houseflies increased to dichlorvos,deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin,while decreased to propoxur.Conclusion The resistance of houseflies to commonly used insecticide increased in Ankang City.It is necessary to use insecticides scientifically.
