摘要
目的了解平潭综合实验区港口主要病媒生物鼠、蚊和蟑螂的种类、密度、季节消长情况,为有效预防和控制病媒生物的危害提供科学依据。方法鼠类监测采用鼠笼法、成蚊监测采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯法、伊蚊监测采用诱蚊诱卵器法、蟑螂监测采用粘蟑法。结果 2017年平潭综合实验区只捕获到小家鼠,鼠密度为0. 55%;捕获的成蚊均为致倦库蚊,蚊密度为5. 58只/(灯·h),高峰在5月和6月;蟑螂密度为4. 3只/张,优势种为德国小蠊,高峰在9月和10月。结论基本掌握了平潭综合实验区港口主要病媒生物的种群、密度和季节消长规律。
Objective To understand the population composition,distribution and seasonal fluctuation of medical vectors in Anning District of Pingtan City.Methods Mouse traps,lamp traps,cage traps and glue traps were used respectively to monitor the dynamics of rodents,mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches.Results The captured rodents were all Rattus norvegicus,with the average density of 0.55%.The density of mosquitoes was 5.58 insects per lamp in an hour,and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was the only captured mosquito peaking in May and June.The captured cockroaches were all Blattella germanice,with the average density of 4.3 insects per sheet,and the density peaked in September and October.Conclusion The population composition,distribution and seasonal fluctuation of medical vectors in Anning District of Pingtan City were preliminary known.
