β受体阻滞剂联合他汀类药物对慢性心力衰竭疾病的治疗效果分析

Analysis of treatment effect of β-blockers combined with statins on chronic heart failure

目的分析β受体阻滞剂联合他汀类药物对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)疾病的治疗效果。方法 72例CHF患者,随机分成A组和B组,每组36例。A组患者给予β受体阻滞剂联合他汀类药物治疗, B组患者给予β受体阻滞剂单纯治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及各项临床指标。结果 A组患者治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于B组的80.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者各项临床指标均优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为CHF患者行β受体阻滞剂联合他汀类药物治疗可改善其心功能和血脂指标,具有较佳的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the treatment effect of β-blockers combined with statins on chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods A total of 72 CHF patients were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 36 cases in each group. Group A was treated with β-blockers combined with statins, and group B was treated with β-blockers. The treatment effect and all clinical indicators in two groups was compared. Results Group A had higher total treatment effective rate as 97.22% than 80.56% in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Group A had better clinical indicators than group B, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of β-blockers and statins on chronic heart failure can improve the cardiac function and blood lipid index on CHF patients, and has a better treatment effect.
