孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果及安全性评价

Evaluation on clinical effect and safety of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of pediatric asthma

目的研究孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果及安全性。方法 82例小儿哮喘患儿,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和常规组,各41例。常规组采用布地奈德治疗,实验组在常规组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后肺功能改善程度与不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患儿第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患儿FEV1、FEV1/FVC均优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿不良反应发生率为17.07%,明显低于常规组的41.46%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘患儿实施孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗能降低其不良反应,显著提高临床疗效,改善预后,促进患儿病情早期康复,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods A total of 82 children with asthma were divided by random number table method into experimental group and conventional group,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with budesonide,and the experimental group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of conventional group.The lung function improvement before and after treatment and adverse reactions in the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had better FEV1 and FEV1/FVC than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 17.07%than 41.46%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of montelukast sodium and budesonide in children with asthma can reduce the adverse reactions,significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the prognosis,and promote the early rehabilitation of children with asthma.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
