Mn-Ni-Al-Cu系热敏陶瓷粉末的水热法处理及其对电性能的影响

摘要 采用传统固相法制备Mn-Ni-Al-Cu系热敏陶瓷粉末,然后用水热法处理制得的粉末,分别制备成NTC陶瓷样品。用激光粒度分析、TG、SEM、XRD、电阻测量等手段,表征了粉末粒度、形貌及陶瓷的电学性能。结果表明:水热处理后的粉末粒度降低,粉末的颗粒形貌更加规整。当烧结温度从1160℃增加到1220℃时,粉末水热法处理后制得的NTC陶瓷样品B值和电阻率变化更小,参数更为集中。 The Mn-Ni-Al-Cu based heat-sensitive ceramic powder was prepared by a conventional solid phase method,and then the obtained powder was hydrothermally treated to prepare NTC ceramic samples.The powder particle size and morphology,electrical properties of the ceramics were characterized by laser particle size analysis,TG,SEM,XRD and resistance measurement. The results show that the particle size of the powder after hydrothermal treatment is reduced,and the particle morphology of the powder is more regular. When the sintering temperature is increased from 1160 ℃ to 1220 ℃,the B value and resistivity of the NTC ceramic sample prepared by the powder hydrothermal treatment are smaller and the parameters are more concentrated.
