摘要
采用自由发泡法制备了NBR/PVC开孔发泡材料,研究了NBR/PVC并用比和PVC聚合度对NBR/PVC发泡材料开孔率的影响。结果表明,NBR/PVC并用比从90/10变到50/50,发泡材料泡孔壁厚度越来越大,泡孔之间的连通性增大;开孔率受到NBR用量和PVC聚合度的影响,当NBR/PVC并用比为50/50时,开孔率最大,达到22.8%;PVC聚合度为700时,最大开孔率达到17.8%。
Open cell foaming material of NBR/PVC was prepared by using free foaming method,the effects of NBR/PVC blend ratios and polymerization degree of PVC on open cell rate of NBR/PVC foamed material were investigated.The results showed that the cell wall thickness and bubbles connectivity increased when NBR/PVC blend ratios was changed from 90/10 to 50/50.The opening rate was effected by the amount of NBR and polymerization degree of PVC.The maximum open cell rate reached 22.8% when NBR/PVC blend ratio was 50/50.The maximum open cell rate reached 17.8%when PVC polymerization degree was 700.
