润肠类药物的应用与研究现状

Application and research status of drugs of lubricating the intestines

目的:为润肠类药品和保健食品的研究和开发提供参考。方法:以"润肠"为篇名,以"Laxative"为Title,查询2013年1月1日至2018年1月1日在中国知网和Pub Med数据库中收录的有关润肠研究的文献,运用频次分析方法统计分析后进行总结和综述。结果:共检索到相关文献472篇,有效文献283篇,其中临床应用的中药177味;实验研究的药物43种;建立了测定方法的药物14种;研究了作用机制的药物11种。结论:通过检索近五年内润肠类药物研究的文献,为润肠类产品的研究和开发及其应用提供依据。

Objective: To provide reference for the research and development of drugs of lubricating the intestines and health food. Method: With "lubricate the intestines " and "Laxative" as the title, the literature about drugs of lubricating the intestines published between January 1, 2013 and January 1, 2018 were collected from CNKI and Pub Med. Then these data were summarized by frequency analysis. Result: 472 related literatures were retrieved, including 283 effective literatures. 177 herbs were applied in clinic. 43 herbs were tested in experimental research with determination methods established for 14 drugs, and mechanisms explored for 11 drugs. Conclusion: By retrieving the literature of the study of the drugs of lubricating the intestines in the last five years, it provides the basis for the research development and application of the drugs.
