摘要
目的:探讨审方在中药饮片调剂中的作用及改进措施。方法:选择2016年10月至2017年3月我院中药房未进行审方改进的80份中药饮片调剂处方为对照组,另选择2017年4月至2017年9月实施审方改进措施的80例中药饮片调剂处方为观察组。统计两组中药饮片调剂差错发生情况,并对比分析。结果:观察组多配、漏配、错配、配伍禁忌、用量不当、与诊断不符、脚注错误等调剂差错总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:审方在中药饮片调剂中具有重要作用,且持续进行审方机制改进可进一步减少调剂差错,提高中药饮片治疗安全性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of prescription-checking in dispensing Chinese herbal pieces and improvement measures. Method: 80 dispensing prescriptions of Chinese herbal pieces without prescription-checking in the TCM pharmacy from October 2016 to March 2017 were selected as control group, and 80 dispensing prescriptions of Chinese herbal pieces with prescription-checking from April 2017 to September 2017 were selected as observation group. The dispensing errors of Chinese herbal pieces in two groups were compared and analyzed. Result: The total incidence of dispensing errors such as multiple formula, missed formula, wrong formula, incompatibility, inappropriate dosage, inconsistency with diagnosis, footnote error in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.005). Conclusion: Prescription-checking plays an important role in dispensing Chinese herbal pieces. The constant improvement of prescription-checking mechanism can further reduce the dispensing errors and increase the safety of Chinese herbal pieces.
