药代动力学过程中的中西药配伍禁忌

The incompatibility of Chinese and Western medicine based on pharmacokinetics

近年来,中西药联合用于防治疾病的现象日趋增多,但疗效降低、毒副作用增强等现象多有发生,存在很多配伍禁忌。本文根据药物体内药代动力学过程,研究存在配伍禁忌的中西药药物组合在体内的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄过程的变化,揭示其增毒减效的影响因素、可能途径及内在机制,以期为中西药科学配伍及临床合理用药提供指导与支持,为中西药配伍禁忌研究提供借鉴和示范。

In recent years, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine for disease prevention and treatment is increasing. However, the efficacy reduction and side effects is frequently reported with many incompatibilities. Based on the pharmacokinetic of drugs in vivo, we studied the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion process of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine with incompatibility, and revealed the influencing factors, possible pathways and internal mechanisms of its increasing toxicity and reducing efficacy. It is expected to provide guidance and support for the compatibility of Chinese and Western medicine and clinical rational use of drugs, and provide reference and demonstration for Chinese and Western medicine incompatibility study.
