微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定冬虫夏草铅、砷、镉、铬、铜含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究冬虫夏草的重金属安全性。方法:采用微波消解处理冬虫夏草,电感耦合等离子体法测定冬虫夏草铅、砷、镉、铬、铜含量,通过《中华人民共和国药典》重金属限量对冬虫夏草进行评价。结果:砷含量为2.15~10.35mg﹒kg^(-1),铅含量为0.29~0.79mg﹒kg^(-1),铬含量为0.80~2.46mg﹒kg^(-1),铜含量为10.05~12.39mg﹒kg^(-1),镉含量为0.03~0.16mg﹒kg^(-1),除砷外,其它重金属均在限量范围内。结论:冬虫夏草砷含量高的原因可能来自土壤,或冬虫夏草自身对砷的富集能力较强。 Objective:To study the safety of heavy metal in Chinese caterpillar fungus.Method:Chinese caterpillar fungus was processed using microwave digestion.Inductively coupled plasma spectrometry was applied to detect the contents of lead,arsenic,cadmium,chromium and copper in Chinese caterpillar fungus.The quality of Chinese caterpillar fungus was evaluated according to heavy metal limitation in China pharmacopoeia.Result:The arsenic content was 2.15~10.35 mg﹒kg^-1.The lead content was 0.29~0.79 mg﹒kg^-1.The chromium content was 0.80~2.46 mg﹒kg^-1.The copper content was 10.05~12.39 mg﹒kg^-1.The cadmium content was 0.03~0.16 mg﹒kg^-1.Except arsenic,other elements did not exceed the limit.Conclusion:The reason of high arsenic content in Chinese caterpillar fungus may come from soil,or Chinese caterpillar fungus has strong enrichment capacity for arsenic.
