桔梗炮制的历史沿革及现代研究进展

Processing historical evolution and modern research progress of Jiegeng

桔梗为桔梗科植物桔梗Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.的干燥根,具有宣肺利咽,祛痰排脓的功效。本研究对历代医书所载桔梗的炮制方法和桔梗的现代炮制研究、化学成分研究、药理作用研究进行总结,以期为深入研究桔梗的规范化炮制、桔梗的炮制机理以及为桔梗的临床用药提供一定的参考。

Jiegeng is the dried root of Platycodongrandiflorum(Jacq.) A.DC.,which shows the effects of dispersing lung and soothing throat,eliminating phlegm,and expelling the pus.This article reviewed the processing methods of Jiegeng from ancient times,and summarized its chemical compositions and pharmacological action.The paper is aimed to provide reference for further study of standard processing and the processing mechanism of Jiegeng,and also provide reference for the clinical medication of Jiegeng.
