黄精、桑叶和玉竹配伍的降血糖药效学研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:对黄精复方进行降血糖药效学研究。方法:将180只SD雄性大鼠,随机选出10只作为空白组,喂以基础饲料,其余170只大鼠采用高脂高糖饲料喂养4周,然后用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射形成糖尿病大鼠模型,根据空腹血糖值筛选2型糖尿病大鼠,选取成模型大鼠150只,分为模型组,阳性组,不同比例的黄精复方组共15个给药组。连续四周,观察各组血糖变化,并比较各组大鼠血清中FINS,FFA,IL-6,TNF-α的差别。结果:二甲双胍(0.0085 g﹒kg^(-1))和不同比例的黄精、桑叶、玉竹的水煎液(4 g﹒kg^(-1))对糖尿病大鼠均有一定的降血糖效果,并且降低血清FFA,IL-6,TNF-α的浓度,升高了大鼠血清中FINS的浓度。结论:二甲双胍和不同比例的黄精、桑叶、玉竹的水煎液,可能是通过降低大鼠血清中FFA,IL-6,TNF-α浓度,减轻其对FINS分泌的抑制,进而改善胰岛β细胞功能,从而降低血糖。 Objective:To explore the antidiabetic effect of Huangjing compound.Method:10 rats were randomly selected in blank group from 180 SD male rats.The blank group was fed with basal feed.The other 170 rats were fed with high fat and sugar feed for 4 weeks,and then diabetes rat model was established with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin.According to the fasting blood glucose value,type 2 diabetic rats were screened.150 rats were selected to be divided into 15 groups including the model group,the positive control group,and the different proportion of Huangjing compound groups.For four weeks,the changes of blood glucose were observed,and the differences of serum FINS,FFA,IL-6 and TNF-α were compared in rats.Result:Metformin(0.0085 g﹒kg^-1)and the decoction of different proportion of Huangjing,Sangye and Yuzhu(4 g﹒kg^-1)all had the antidiabetic effect,and reduced the serum concentrations of FFA,IL-6 and TNF-α,and increased the content of serum FINS.Conclusion:Metformin and the different proportion of Huangjing,Sangye and Yuzhu decoction may play an antidiabetics role by reducing serum concentrations of FFA,IL-6 and TNF-α,reduceing the inhibition of FINS excretion,to improve the function of pancreatic β cell.
