当前我国经济发展已经进入由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。面对外部环境不确定性因素增加,以及国内经济下行压力加大的影响,国家层面先后出台了一系列以"稳就业、促就业"为核心的政策文件,整体就业形势保持基本稳定,就业结构得到持续优化。需要看到,我国的就业总量压力依然较大,结构性矛盾较为突出,"就业难"和"招工难"并存的基本态势还没有得到根本性改变。未来新的经济环境、新技术变革和新业态发展都会对我国就业带来深刻影响,必须高度重视,提出切实可行的方案,才能有助于推进供给侧改革,并实现高质量发展。

China’s economy has entered into a new stage turning to high quality development from its high speed growth.A set of national policies focusing on"keeping employment stable and trying to expand employment"has been issued in the context of global economic uncertainties and the downward pressure of China’s economic growth.Currently,the employment situation in China is generally stable and the employment structure further optimized.It should be noted that the total employment expansion is under pressure and the structural contradiction being prominent.The situation in which it is difficult for job-seekers to find a job and for employers to recruit a proper worker that are now coexisting has not been completely changed.The new economic environment,technological changes and newly emerged industries in the future will have a profound impact on China’s employment trend.We should pay much attention to this and put forward a feasible plan to promote the supply side reform and realize high quality development.
