Research on packaging of Pihanyao influenza granules

目的:保障皮寒感舒颗粒在储存、流通过程中的稳定性。方法:对成都市50家医院药房内的已有的颗粒剂的药品名称、包装材料、分装剂量进行统计调查,确立制剂包装材料的研究对象。同时,以皮寒感舒颗粒性状、成型率、溶化性、水分含量为评价指标,通过4周观察研究,优选合理的包装材料。结果:对成都市50家医院药房内颗粒剂的调研结果表明,流通中常用的包装材料为纸袋、塑料袋、铝塑复合膜。以此为研究对象,进行实验研究,发现适用于皮寒感舒颗粒的包装材料为铝塑复合膜。结论:确定了皮寒感舒颗粒的包装材料,为皮寒感舒颗粒的生产和使用提供了科学依据。

Objective: To ensure the stability of Pihanyao influenza granules in storage and circulation process. Method: Statistical investigation was carried out on the name, packaging materials and dispensing doses of granules in pharmacies of 50 hospitals in Chengdu, and the research object of preparation packing material was established. At the same time, the characteristics, formation rate, solubility and water content of the granules were evaluated for 4 weeks to optimize the packaging materials. Result: The investigation results of granules in 50 hospital pharmacies in Chengdu showed that the common packing materials used in circulation were paper bags, plastic bags and aluminum-plastic composite films. Based on the results, the experimental study was carried out and found that the packaging material suitable for cold sensitive granules was aluminum-plastic composite film. Conclusion: Packing materials for Pihanyao influenza granules are confirmed, which provides a scientific basis for the production and use of Pihanyao influenza granules.
