摘要
目的:为大力发展我国网上药店,构建我国网上药店药品追溯体系。方法:通过对我国网上药店出现的突出问题进行调查和分析,从药品生产经营企业、药品物流企业以及网上药店三个方面对网上药店药品追溯体系提出建议。结果与结论:我国网上药店的发展要依靠药品追溯体系,而且这个体系需要政策和技术的支持。应借鉴国外经验,明确监管重点,充分发挥其安全保障作用。
Objective: To develop the online pharmacy, build drug traceability system of online pharmacy in China. Method: Through the investigation and analysis of the serious problems of online pharmacies in China, some suggestions on the drug traceability system were provided from three aspects: pharmaceutical production and operation enterprises, pharmaceutical logistics enterprises and online pharmacies. Result and Conclusion: China’s online pharmacy development depends on the drug traceability system. In addition, this system needs policy and technical support. We should learn from advanced experience, make clear the supervision points, and full play its security role.
