摘要
目的:观察仙耆口服液缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用负重游泳实验,观察口服液在缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用;通过检测血清与肝脏中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及血尿素氮、肝糖原水平,探讨其可能机制。结果:仙耆口服液可以明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,能够增强小鼠肝脏SOD活性,降低MDA含量,提高糖原储备量,降低小鼠游泳后血尿素氮水平。结论:仙耆口服液具有明显缓解体力疲劳的作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Xianqi oral liquid on anti-fatigue ability in mice and study its possible mechanism. Method:The experiment of weight-bearing swimming was conducted to study the effect of Xianqi oral liquid on mice anti-fatigue ability. Then the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities, the malondialdehyde(MDA) content of mice serum, and the levels of liver and blood urea nitrogen, liver glycogen were detected to investigate its mechanism. Result:Xianqi oral liquid obviously prolonged the swimming time of mice in weight-bearing swimming, enhanced the SOD activities of mice liver, decreased the MDA content of mice liver, increased the content of liver glycogen, and decreased the blood urea nitrogen in mice after swimming. Conclusion:Xianqi oral liquid has the anti-fatigue functions.
