大黄的历代功效及临床应用

Textual research of the efficacy of Dahuang

目的:梳理历代医家对大黄功效的认识及临床应用,以便读者能了解大黄的功效,并能灵活运用,从而更好地服务于人类健康。方法:通过查阅历代本草典籍,归纳历代医家对大黄的认识和含大黄方剂的应用,并加以解析。结果:虽然历代医家均认为大黄"攻积导滞、泻火解毒、活血祛瘀",但随着时代的发展,历代医家对大黄的认识逐步加深,如汉代在荡涤肠胃,推陈致新,通利水谷,调中化食方面,魏晋时期在除痰实,肠间结热方面,唐代在利水肿,主小儿寒热方面,宋代在四肢冷热不调,温瘴热候,补心方面,金元时期在治疗冻疮方面,明代在瘟疫阳狂、斑黄谵语方面,清代在止吐衄方面,都有独特的见解,使大黄的应用更加广泛。结论:通过对历代医家应用对大黄功效的认识及临床应用的考证,可使大黄更加广泛地应用于临床,更好地服务于人类健康。

Objective:To sort out the understanding and clinical application of ancient physicians on the efficacy of rhubarb, so that readers can understand the efficacy of rhubarb, and flexibly use it to better serve human health. Method:By referring to the books of ancient Materia Medica, the author summed up the ancient physicians’ understanding of Dahuang and analyzed the application of prescription containing Dahuang. Result:With the development of time, the understanding of Dahuang by ancient physicians has gradually deepened with wider clinical application. Physicians in different dynasty had unique insights and unique application. Conclusion:Through the textual research of the understanding of the efficacy of Dahuang of ancient physicians and clinical application of it, Dahuang can be widely used in clinical and better serve human health.
