封堵器治疗A型主动脉夹层术后漏一例

A case of anastomotic leak after surgery for type A aortic dissection treated by occluder

主动脉夹层术后漏是常见且危重的术后并发症。介入治疗创伤小且疗效确切。本例个案报道患者是A型主动脉夹层术后漏。再次外科手术风险高。介入治疗的方法是将封堵器释放于主动脉监测漏口处,疗效确切。

Anastomotic leak after aortic dissection surgeiy is a common and critical complication.Interventional therapy is less invasive and effective.This case reported that anastomotic leak was found after surgery for type A aortic dissection.The risk of reoperation was high.The minimally invasive method was used to release the occluder to the anastomotic leak.The effect was accurate.
