摘要
通过实验测试了两种规格风味发酵乳的冷却降温情况,分析了其不同包装方式下的降温效果。测试结果显示,包装方式、乳品的重量、降温时间及冷却温度均会对降温速度产生重要影响,尤其是包装方式与冷却温度的影响最为显著。
The cooling of two different specifications bottled flavored fermented milk is tested in this paper.The cooling effect of flavored fermented milk under different packaging methods is analyzed.The experimental results show that the packaging method,the weight of the milk,the cooling time and the cooling temperature all have an important influence on the cooling rate,especially the packaging method and the cooling temperature.
